Add to cartDesigned for paddlers who thrive on tight, technical whitewater, the 12′ Wave Destroyer is a compact, high-performance cataraft made to take on Class IV-V rapids, shallow creeks, and low-volume, rocky rivers. With 22″ diameter tubes, extreme bow and stern rocker (33″), and a nimble 12′ profile, this boat punches through big drops and pivots quickly through complex moves.
Its lightweight build (52 lbs per pair) and compact footprint make it ideal for fly-in trips, remote access rivers, and solo expeditions. The Wave Destroyer 12 is not a general-purpose cat—it’s built for one thing: performance in challenging whitewater.
✅ Extreme Rocker Profile – 33″ bow & stern rise helps stay on top of waves and resist backflipping
✅ Compact & Nimble – Excels on steep creeks, technical rivers, and must-make moves
✅ Lightweight & Fly-In Friendly – Weighs just 52 lbs per pair—easy to load into aircraft or shuttle vehicles
✅ Durable & Ready – 16 D-rings, 4 lift handles, and standard frame chafers for rigging and transport
✅ Stable & Predictable – Tracks confidently, resurfaces quickly, and resists flipping—even in chaotic hydraulics
✅ Class V-Ready – Tested and developed on the North Fork of the Payette, there’s nothing the Wave Destroyer can’t handle
