I took my 156D down Hell’s Canyon – fully loaded with a rower and two passengers. It is super maneuverable, splashy and performs like a smaller raft. Definitely the best raft on the market for sporty class IV gear-hauling.

We live in Western Colorado – this boat is excellent for day trips, overnight and extended trips. This boat handles like a small raft but has the stability of a large raft – open floor if you run light and want stability in rapids, sealed floor if your consistently running a heavy boat as it will track better. All in all, probably the best raft on the market in the 16’ category.
