AIRE and Outcast Sporting Gear Return & Refund Policy

At AIRE and Outcast Sporting Gear, we take great pride in crafting high-quality inflatables and gear built for adventure. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below, and don’t hesitate to reach out with questions or concerns.

 

Custom Inflatable Product Guidelines & Cancellation Policy

Custom inflatable orders include, but are not limited to:

    • White-colored boats
    • The Mammoth
    • Any boat over 16’ in length
    • Uncommon or special-order models (e.g., E Series, Lions, Jaguars, White boats, 17′ & 18′ boats)
    • Any modifications such as custom D-ring placements, added handles, or non-standard logos

Custom Boat Cancellation Policy:

Due to the made-to-order nature of custom inflatables, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. These builds require a significant investment of time and materials and are produced specifically for you. Please ensure all specifications are correct before submitting your order. If you have any questions, we’re happy to help clarify prior to production.

 

Standard Returns for Refund 

  • New, unused items in like-new condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping, damage-related costs, and a potential 15% restocking fee (typically on rafts and/or where a deposit to build is taken).
  • Items returned after 30 days may be eligible for in-store credit only, subject to evaluation.
  • No returns will be accepted for any reason after 90 days from the delivery date.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after the return product has been received and inspected.

    *Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Misuse or improper storage
  • Products damaged due to improper packing or handling on return
  • Gear containing flammable/hazardous materials
  • We do not accept returns for items purchased through other channels such as AIRE dealers, third-party retailers and independent websites.
  • AIRE reserves the right to, in its discretion, refuse a return if it does not meet the criteria within these terms and conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Items containing flammable or hazardous materials
  • Used gear

  • Contact Customer Service (800) 247-3432 to obtain a Return Authorization number.

 

Cancellations & Returns for Orders Purchased via Affirm

Items purchased using Affirm are eligible for return in accordance with our standard return policy. Please note that for orders totaling $500 or more, a 15% cancellation/restocking fee will apply to help cover processing and handling costs.

The remaining balance (minus this fee) will be refunded to your Affirm account once the return is processed.

Please ensure your item is unused and in original condition before initiating a return. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help.

 

Returns for Repair or Replacement Instructions

If your product needs to be repaired or you believe it is defective under warranty:

  1. Clean and dry all items before shipping—dirty or wet items will be returned without evaluation.
  2. Contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization number.
  3. Include the following in your return:

    • Return Authorization number
    • Copy of the original invoice
    • Serial number (if applicable)
    • Description of issue or suspected defect
  4. Ship prepaid and insured via UPS:
